Circle Health Group is the largest independent hospital group in the United Kingdom, operating a nationwide network of private hospitals, clinics, and treatment centres that deliver consultant-led care across a broad range of specialisms.

Founded in 2004, the group has grown steadily through acquisition and development to operate more than 50 hospitals and surgical facilities across England. Circle Health Group works in partnership with NHS commissioners, providing NHS-funded treatment for patients who choose to exercise their right to be treated at an independent provider, as well as serving self-paying and privately insured patients.

The group's clinical scope covers orthopaedics and musculoskeletal care, cardiology, oncology, general surgery, gynaecology, neurology, and ophthalmology, among other disciplines. Its hospitals are staffed by a large network of independent consultants who hold practising privileges at Circle facilities, a model that places clinical autonomy and patient outcomes at the centre of service delivery.

Circle Health Group has a significant presence in the private patient and insured healthcare market, maintaining relationships with all major health insurers operating in the UK. The group also provides occupational health services and supports employers in managing employee health and absence.

In 2021, Circle Health Group was acquired by Infravia Capital Partners, a European infrastructure fund manager, underscoring the group's scale and strategic importance within UK private healthcare. The acquisition supported continued investment in hospital infrastructure, technology, and clinical capacity at a time of growing demand for elective and specialist care.
